What We Do

At All Equal Disability Services, we provide personalised support to help people with disabilities live more independently and stay connected with their community.
Our services focus on assisting participants in their daily lives, whether that means support at home, developing life skills, or accessing the community.
Some participants may need help starting their day, such as preparing meals, organising medications, or getting ready for appointments. Others may benefit from support with everyday tasks like grocery shopping, managing household activities, or building routines that promote independence.
For many people, support also means enjoying life outside the home, visiting local parks, attending community events, or exploring hobbies and interests.
Every support plan is tailored to the individual, ensuring services align with each participant’s goals, needs, and preferences.
Community Engagement
Being part of the community plays an important role in building confidence, wellbeing, and independence.
Many of the people we support enjoy spending time outside the home, participating in social activities, and exploring new environments.
Our support workers assist participants with activities such as:
-
Visiting local parks or cafés
-
Attending community events or programs
-
Joining recreational activities or sports
-
Participating in creative classes such as art or music
For some participants, community engagement may simply mean enjoying a regular outing each week, whether it’s going for a walk, visiting a favourite place, or meeting new people.
These experiences help build social connections, increase confidence, and support a stronger sense of belonging in the community.
