Services Provided

Daily living support

At All Equal Disability Services, we assist with a variety of daily tasks, including daily routines, leisure activities, getting dressed, meal preparation, and personal hygiene. We also support dietary requirements, attendance at medical appointments, and physical exercise.

Support coordination

We provide support coordination to help participants understand their NDIS plan and make the most of their funding. This includes connecting with service providers, arranging supports, and building the skills needed to manage services independently over time. We also assist with resolving challenges, monitoring progress, and ensuring supports remain flexible and effective. By offering this service, we help participants feel confident, informed and in control of their plan.

Social and community participation

At All Equal Disability Services, we support individuals to take part in a range of social and community activities that promote confidence, independence and connection. This includes assistance with attending social outings, community programs, recreational activities and cultural events. We also provide support to help participants build friendships, access learning opportunities and explore hobbies and interests.

Assistance with travel/transport arrangements

We provide comprehensive assistance with planning and accessing transport for individuals who need help getting around. Our services include arranging or providing lifts, navigating public transport options, and ensuring safe and accessible travel to appointments, outings, and activities.
